Of course, you can simply use an address.


Can I send it to myself?

at checkout, you can choose either upon which we will supply a blank envelope to you for you to customize. if you select it will of course be delivered to your chosen destination.


What is Make A Moment Code?

Step 3: Create your own Make A Moment Code.


Step 4: tell your friends and family.


When it then comes to checkout after your loved one wants to send you a card or gift, they do not need to know your address, just copy and send over your Make A Moment code. THEY CAN SHARE THIS WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY SO THAT ANYBODY THAT WANTS TO SEND YOU A CARD CAN DO SO. the first letter of your Forename and YOUR SURNAME will be displayed e.g. j smith to confirm THAT it IS you. The gift giver can then sit back and relax in the knowledge that your gift will be delivered directly AND SWIFTLY to your associated Make A Moment address.

Can I change my Make A Moment code?

Of course, simply click the Make A Moment code generator to generate a new Make A Moment code.

Note: remember to inform your loved ones of your new code as it will no longer work. They will be informed if they enter an expired code.

What if I change my address?

If you change your address, we have you covered! simply update your address in your address book withoutchanging your Make A Moment code. this will ensure that your gifts arrive seamlessly at the correct address.

Note: it is your responsibility to ensure your Make A Moment code/address is up to date and when changed this is passed to your lovedones. Make A Moment holds no liability for lost gifts due to misinformation around Make A Moment code updates.




Can I change my design/message after purchase?

Messages and designs cannot be amended after purchase so we ask that you triple check all elements of your design, it’s as important to us as it is to you that it’s perfect.

Can I send multiple cards to different addresses in one order?

You can send an unlimited number of cards to yourself in one order, this will not affect your delivery charge. However, you can only send your orders to one address. You can of course create as many different orders as you wish to multiple addresses.

Can I upload a Photo to my card?

We will have this capability upon our phase 2 launch the end of August so watch out!

Do you deliver to the GCC?

For a small additional fee, we are happy to say that we deliver to:

Saudi Arabia Oman           Qatar           
Kuwait           Bahrain             

Note: We aim to deliver in 3-5 working days to the above countries, however, this can sometimes be delayed due to customs.

Do you Deliver to all Emirates of the United Arab Emirates?

absolutely, we deliver to all seven emirates of the UAE, we aim to deliver next business day for orders received before 10am, however sometimes there can be slight delays due to bank holidays and religious holidays.

We have a talented family of designers, so if you would like any particular design or character made (even yourself) on a card or gift let us know. for a small fee, we can make anything happen; “special is our specialty”. contact us at: [email protected]

Do you do corporate Gifts and products?

We can create an amazing bespoke team and corporate gifts, we have been commissioned multiple products so far and we love! To do them, if you have any designs you would like to be created please let us know!

What is the returns policy?

To return an item, please contact us to request for the return within seven (7) working days from receiving your order. We may ask you to fill in a return form and/or request additional information from you, such as the details of the Goods you are wishing to return and your reasons for doing so. Notwithstanding the above, custom-made Goods shall be non-refundable.
